Reflectcharacter Skin Consults (reflectcharacter.garden) is operated by Zwings LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who receives it.
Details you send us
When you fill in the consultation form we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, city and any notes about your request. We use these details to answer you and to pass your request on.
Who sees your request
We are not a clinic or salon and do not give medical advice or treatment. When you tick the consent box, you allow us to share your name, contact details, city and request with a licensed provider near you, only so they can contact you about a consultation. We do not sell your details or share them for unrelated marketing. Please don't send health records or photos through the form.
Data from visits
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time so it can deliver pages and block abuse. We may record which page a visitor arrived from. The site has no analytics or advertising pixels.
Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as with any web request. Google's own privacy policy covers that request.
Cookies
We set no tracking cookies. The hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it detects unusual traffic.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to handle the request and any follow-up, and for record-keeping required by law. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details you sent, or to withdraw consent to be contacted, write to contact@reflectcharacter.garden. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. We answer requests within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and its date before the change applies.
